摘要
目的 观察褪黑激素对中老年大鼠脑、肝、肾过氧化脂质产物含量和氧自由基、细胞内钙离子清除能力的影响 ,探讨其抗氧化作用及机理。方法 连续 30d给中老年大鼠补充褪黑激素 ,采用生化比色等方法 ,测定脑、肝、肾内丙二醛 (MDA)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)、氢过氧化物酶 (CAT)、钙离子 三磷酸腺苷酶 (Ca2 + ATPase)活性。结果 与对照组比较 ,实验组大鼠脑、肝、肾MDA含量有不同程度的下降 ,GSH Px、CAT、Ca2 + ATPase活性均不同程度的提高。结论 褪黑激素能直接通过构效关系和间接通过提高氧自由基清除剂活性发挥复合抗氧化作用 ,对延缓脑、肝。
Objective This experiment was designed to investigate the effect of melatonin on the production of liqid peroxide and the activities of oxygen free radical and Ca 2+ scavenge system in aging rat's brain,liver and kidney.Methods Melatonin was used to replenish to the proper rats for 30 days.The contents of malonaldehyde(MDA) and the activities of glutathione peroxidease(GSH Px)、catelase(CAT)、Ca 2+ adensine triphosphatase(Ca 2+ ATPase) were measured with biochemical methods.Results The contents of MDA was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group.the activities of GSH Px、CAT and Ca 2+ ATPase were increased respectively in the experimental group.Conclusions It is suggested that melatonin may have the effect on clearing oxygen free radical and free calciumion so that can delay the aging of brain,liver and kidney.
