目前,新生代农民工在流入地很难顺利实现社会融入,日趋成为游走于城市与农村的"边缘人",影响到发达地区经济社会可持续发展,加剧了社会管理的难度。调查发现,通过加强新生代农民工流动团支部建设,在促进新生代农民工社会融入、化解社会矛盾、预防社会冲突、维护社会稳定等方面发挥着重要作用,为发达地区创新社会管理机制,建构"党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与"的社会管理新格局提供了可供借鉴的现实路径。
