摘要
目的 观察川芎嗪对老龄鼠肾缺血再灌注中一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)和一氧化氮 (NO)的影响及对肾脏的保护作用。方法 制做老龄鼠肾缺血再灌注模型 ,分为用川芎嗪组和未用川芎嗪组 ,检测缺血 60min ,再灌注 1 5min和 2 4h的肾组织NOS、NO及丙二醛(MDA)浓度。结果 缺血再灌注后肾组织中NOS明显升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,NO明显升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,MDA明显升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,与此结果相比 ,用川芎嗪组NOS明显降低 (P <0 0 5) ,NO明显降低 (P <0 0 1 ) ,MDA也明显降低 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 老龄鼠肾缺血再灌注过程中NOS和NO对肾损伤起重要作用 ,川芎嗪可以调整NOS活性 ,从而控制NO水平 。
Objective The effects of ligustrzin on nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and nitric oxide(NO) in old rat with renal ischemia/reperfusion.Methods Old rat renal ischemia/reperfusion models were divided into two groups were the ligustrazin group and control group,NOS,NO and MDA in renal tissue were detected after renal ischemia 60 minutes an after reperfusion injury 15 minutes and 24 hours.Results After ischemia/reperfusion,NOS,NO and MDA increased significantly( P <0 01).But in ligustrazin group,NOS decreased( P <0 05),NO and MDA also decreased( P <0 01).Conclusions NOS and NO play an important role in renal ischemia/reperfusion injury.Lingustrazin regulates the activity of NO,so that the level of NO can be controlled with alleviation of the renal injury.
