急诊内镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道断裂探讨 被引量:1

Early endoscopic urethral realignment in treatment of urethral disruption

摘要 [目的]探讨急诊内镜在尿道断裂中的应用价值。[方法]回顾分析输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道断裂6例的临床资料。[结果]急诊5例经尿道术式和1例经尿道和经膀胱组合术式均获得成功,随访2个月~4年,排尿通畅,4例发生尿道狭窄。[结论]急诊内镜下尿道会师术是尿道断裂安全有效的微创治疗方法。 [ Objective] To discuss the application of early urethral disruption. early ureteroscopy re [ Methods] Six cases of urethral disruption endoscopic realignment in treatment of were reviewed which were managed by alignment. [ Results] Five of 6 cases were done in retrograde approach , and one in retrograde/antegrade approach, all having succeeded , follow - up done at 2 months -4 years post - opeatively, all with e good uroflow, but 4 of 6 cases developing urethral stricture. [ Conclusion] Early endoscopic realignment is an efficacious and safe option for treatment of urethral disruption.
