磷酸钠口服液清洁肠道效果的临床观察

Comparing Oral Sodium Phosphate with Standard Electrolyte Lavage in the Preparation for Patients undertaking Colonoscopy

采用随机分组单盲 1次给药法 ,以传统的口服清肠饮为对照组 ,给 10 5例患者口服本院自制的磷酸钠口服液 ,并对服药后的清肠效果、不良反应和服药前、后患者血液生化项目的动态变化进行了研究。结果发现 :磷酸钠口服液组肠道准备满意率 (84.8% )明显高于对照组 (6 7.2 1% ) ,不良反应发生率低 ,服药后除血磷离子一度升高且在 2 4h内自行恢复外 ,其他生化指标均未发生明显改变。磷酸钠口服液服用 1次与以往报告的分次服用其清肠效果无明显差别。本研究结果提示使用磷酸钠口服液进行肠道准备 ,患者易于接受 ,副作用发生率低 ,清肠效果好 ,是一种安全、经济的口服清肠剂。

Two hundred and one patients were randomized to receive either oral sodium phosphate or standard eletrolyte lavage prior to colonoscopy in order to assess the efficiency and safety of sodium phosphate. In 105 patients who used sodium phosphate, 14.28% felt it was discomfort,compared the patient with standard electrolyte lavage (66.67%). Colonoscopists, unaware of the type of lavage solution used,scored the degree of colonic cleaning significantly higher for sodium phosphate-prepared colons. Serial measurements of blood test such as urea, creatine, serum electorlytes did not reveal any clinically significant changes. Transient hyperphosphatemia was noted with sodium phosphate group. It was concluded that sodium phosphate was a safe and effective for the bowel preparation for colonscopy , and was better tolerated than that of standard electrolyte lavage.
