摘要
:【目的】比较聚乳酸 (PLA)膜复合脱钙冻干异体骨 (DemineralizedFreeze DriedBone,DFDB)和胚胎骨 (FetalBone ,FB)的骨修复能力。【方法】在 12只日本大耳白兔双侧下颌骨下缘中份形成方形骨缺损 ,左右侧骨缺损分别植入FB和DFDB ,表面覆盖PLA膜。术后 4、8、12周分期处死动物 ,下颌骨标本行放射学及组织学观察。【结果】术后 4周两侧缺损内有大量新生骨组织。 8周后植入的FB完全被吸收改建 ,右侧缺损内仍见DFDB残片。 12周双侧新生皮质骨与宿主骨连结紧密。术后各期PLA/FB侧新骨量均高于PLA/DFDB侧。
Objective To compare the osteoblastic activity of PLA membrane combined with demineralized freeze dried bone (PLA/DFDB) and PLA membrane combined with fetal bone (PLA/FB). Methods 12 adult rabbits were involved and bilateral mandibular defects were formed in all animals. FB and DFDB were filled into left and right defects respectively. Animals were killed at 4, 8, 12 weeks postoperation. The mandible specimens were assessed by radiograph and light microscopy. Results FB was almost absorbed at 4 weeks and completely reconstructed at 8 weeks postoperatively. The remnant of DFDB was still visible 8 weeks later. The new bone in the defects filled with FB were greater than these which filled with DFDB at each stage. Conclusion PLA membrane combined with FB is a preferable compound materials for repairing mandibular defects.
