摘要 :【目的】观察错配修复基因产物hMSH2在涎腺良恶性组织中的表达。【方法】应用免疫组化技术检测正常和炎症涎腺、多形性腺瘤、粘液表皮样癌、腺样囊性癌和腺癌组织的hMSH2表达。【结果】hMSH2在正常和炎症涎腺组织导管上皮细胞的胞核、胞浆阳性表达 ,在腺样囊性癌和腺癌肿瘤细胞的胞核呈强阳性表达 ,但在多型性腺瘤、粘液表皮样癌组织不表达。 Objective To investigate the expression of human mismatch repair gene product hMSH2 in benign and malignant lesions of salivary gland. Method Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect hMSH2 expression in normal and inflammatory tissues, pleomorphic adenoma,mucoepidermoid carcinoma,adenoid cystic carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of salivary gland. Results The positive expression of hMSH2 protein was detected in nuclei and cytoplasms of duct epithelial cells of normal and inflammatory salivary gland.Adenoid cystic carcinoma and adenocarcinoma exhibited strongly staining in the nuclei of tumor cells,but pleomorphic adenoma and mucoepidermoid carcinoma showed negative immunoreactivity. Conclusion hMSH2 expressed defectively in a subset of salivary gland tumors which may play a role in pathogenesis .
