摘要
【目的】探讨聚合酶链反应技术在检测口腔白斑中念珠菌感染的应用。【方法】应用组织化学染色法和聚合酶链反应技术对口腔白斑是否存在念珠菌进行检测。【结果】 10 7例口腔白斑 ,经PAS和六胺银染色 ,16 .8% (18/ 10 7)的口腔白斑检出念珠菌菌丝。念珠菌细胞色素P4 50 基因片段PCR检出率为 10 % (11/ 10 7) ,其中的白色念珠菌EO3 基因片段的PCR检出率为 6 .5 % (7/ 10 7)。【结论】组织化学染色法能直观显示口腔白斑中念珠菌形态分布特点以及所引起的组织学改变 ,而PCR特异性强 。
Objective To investigate the application of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in diagnosis of oral candidal leukoplakia. Method The histochemical staining and polymerase chain reaction was used to detect oral leukoplakia. Results 107 cases of oral leukoplakia were studied with PAS and silver stains, candida hyphae were found in 16.8% (18/107) of the cases. The detection rates of candida cytochrome P 450 gene and Candida albicans EO 3 gene were 10%(11/107) and 6.5% (7/107) by PCR. Conclusion The shape and distribution of candida in oral leukoplakia can be directly observed through histochemical staining. PCR has high specificity, which can distinguish Candidal albicans from other kinds of Candida.
