糖尿病型牙周病患者龈沟液前列腺素E_2及糖化血红蛋白的检测 被引量:8

Measurement of Prostoglandin E_2 and Glycosylated Hemoglobin in Gingival Crevicular Fluid from Periodontal Diseases in Diabetics

摘要 :【目的】研究胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (IDDM)型牙周病患者龈沟液前列腺素E2 水平及其与糖代谢状况的关系。【方法】以 2 8例IDDM型牙周病患者及 5 4例全身健康的牙周病人为研究对象 ,利用放射免疫法测龈沟液前列腺素E2 水平 ,同时测IDDM病人糖化血红蛋白浓度。【结果】当牙周病严重度相同时 ,IDDM患者龈沟液前列腺素E2 水平 (μg/L)明显高于全身健康者 (186± 5 3vs46± 7,346± 2 8vs48± 10 ,P <0 0 1)。糖尿病人中 ,中重度牙周炎值几乎为轻度牙周病的两倍。龈沟液前列腺素E2 水平与糖化血红蛋白浓度无相关性。【结论】IDDM病人龈沟液前列腺素E2 增高可能因全身反应异常所致 ,这一介质水平的上升 。 Objective To investigate prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2) level of gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) from periodontal diseases in insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) patients and the relationship between GCF PGE 2 concentration and metabolic disorder. Methods 28 cases IDDM periodontal disease patients and 54 cases systemically healthy person as control were studied. The contents of GCF PGE 2 were measured. The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA 1c ) in IDDM patients were analysed. Results Diabetics had significantly higher GCF PGE 2 level(μg/L) as compared to non diabetic controls (186±53 vs 46±7,346±28 vs 48±10,P<0 01). Within the diabetics, the GCF PGE 2 in moderate or severe periodontal disease patients were almost 2 fold higher as compared to mild periodontal disease patients. The GCF mediators did not correlate with HbA 1c levels. Conclusions The high GCF PGE 2 may be a consequence of a systemic response trait and the increase of this mediator, on the other hand, can further deteriorate periodontal tissue in diabetics.
