摘要 :【目的】探讨SuperBondC&B粘接材料在根管形态或结构不良的前牙桩冠修复中的运用。【方法】利用SuperBondC&B粘接材料对 18例前牙牙根出现喇叭型根管口、薄弱根管壁或牙根隐裂的患者进行根管重塑后再做常规铸造烤瓷桩冠修复 ,跟踪 3个月到 1 5年 ,观察其临床疗效。【结果】除 1例在观察 1年后出现铸桩松动外 ,其余修复体均固位良好 ,未出现牙根纵裂 ,SuperBondC&B材料无折裂 ,基牙牙槽骨支持情况无明显变化。 Objective To discuss the utilization of Super Bond C & B bonding material in the post crown of anterior teeth with bad root canal shape and structure. Method 18 patients with trumpet shaped root canal entry, thin root canal wall or minor root crack were firstly repaired with Super Bond C&B material, then routinely restored with post and core technique. Following examination were made from three months to 1 5 years to observe the treatment effect. Result All these cases had good fixing effect except that one post became loose after one year′s observation. During the observing period, no fracture appeared in the roots and Super Bond C&B material, and no obvious changes were found in the alveolar bone condition. Conclusion For the roots that had bad shape and structure, good restoration effect could be achieved by using some proper material to repair the canal first and then restored with post crown.
