Analysis of Physical Examination results of 302 in-service Cadres and the Strategy

目的:通过对302名在职干部体检结果进行统计和分析,制定健康教育对策,进一步做好干部医疗保健工作。方法:收集体格检查、医技检查及化验室检验结果并进行分析。结果:302例体检结果中,检出异常者246名(81.46%),未检出疾病56名(18.54%),检出率较高的疾病依次为脂肪肝、高血脂、眼屈光不正、高尿酸血症、高血糖、高血压、痔疮等。结论:在职干部的健康状况不容乐观,体检后应尽快给予健康评估和健康管理。

Objective：Through analyzing the physical examination results of 302 in - service cadres, to make a strategy for health education for in - service cadres, and to improve the medical health care in cadres. Methods ： the data of physical examination, medical examination and laboratory test results were collected and analyzed. Results： 246 cases （81.46%） were abnormal and 56 ea- ses （ 18.54% ） in good condition in 302 in - service cadres. The detection disease rates in turn were fatty liver, hyperlipidemia, eye correct refractive error, hyperlipidemia, high blood glucose, high blood pressure, hemorrhoids, etc. Conclusions ： The in - service cadre health condition was not optimistic.
