人文护理对精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响

To study the effect of rehabilitation of the humanistic care towards patients with schizophrenia

目的:研究人文护理对精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年3月～2010年7月收治的精神分裂症患者140例,随机分为两组各70例,对照组给予日常护理、基础护理等常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上进行住院环境、情感支持、健康教育等人文关怀护理;分别采用缺陷感量表(FIS)、生活质量量表(FS-36)、患者满意度调查表进行统计学分析。结果:①两组比较FIS总分及各因子除外貌、体能外差异有显著意义(P<0.01);②两组在生活质量量表各项目中的SF、RE、MH分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),③比较两组对护理服务的满意度,观察组显著优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:倡导并实施人文关怀护理,能显著改善患者的精神面貌、学习能力、增强自信心、改变自身观念、提高生活质量。

Objective：To study the effect of rehabilitation of the humanistic care towards patients with schizophrenia. Methods：Retrospectively analyze 140 cases of schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to July 2010, randomized 70 cases. The control group offers routine care, basic care, routine care, and the observation group offers hospital environment, emotional support, health education and humane care nursing on the base of the care of the control group. Statistically analyze Inadequacy Scale （FIS）, the quality of life scale （FS -36 ）, patient satisfaction questionnaires respectively. Results： （1） The difference of the FIS total scores and factors except the appearance, physical fitness between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. O1 ） ; （2） The difference of SF, RE, the MH score in the quality of life scale between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） ; （3） Comparing the satisfaction of the nursing service between the two groups, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, which is statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Advocating and implementing humanistic care can significantly improve the patients＂ mental outlook, learning ability, selfconfidence and change their concepts, and improve their quality of life.
