摘要
农村劳动力进城就业多选择通过老乡或亲戚朋友介绍这种途径,这是基于对老乡或亲友的信任以及降低职业搜寻成本而作出的决策。深入分析发现,厂商的招聘方式、培训方式以及对农民工权益的侵害等行为,在一定程度上推动或强化了农村劳动力选择通过老乡或亲戚朋友介绍进城就业。
The rural labor force into the city mainly choose employment through introduction of hometown friends or relatives. This is based on the trust of the villagers or relatives and friends with lower cost and professional search for the decisions. Through in - depth analysis, we found that, the manufacturer recruitment methods, training methods and the violation of the rights of migrant workers and behavior, to some extent, promote or strengthen the rural labor force choice through hometown friends or relatives who introduce them into the city.
