摘要
吸收新近高职教育理论养分,以我国新高职教育发展所揭示出的运行规律和尊重学生及其家长教育消费倾向为前提,提出并尝试界定了"能动就业"的概念,阐述了能动就业型高职人才培养方案设计应体现的关键特征。这些关键特征包括:面向市场和面向学生,服务性格,开放性格,就业能力培养的前置和持续,基于职业能力各要素整合思维的课程体系。
From the employment -oriented angle, respecting students and their parents education consuming tendency, with the purpose of improving students' individual development, the authors analyze accounting professional abilities under different context, reference recent higher vocational education theory and practice, then design a scheme cultivating accounting talents to be active in employment in higher vocational colleges. The core characteristics of the scheme are as following: the linkage between recruiting system, teaching implementation system and employment system, equal emphasis on cultivation of talents and marketing, flexible learning periods(2 to 4 years),work - integrated learning; combination of accounting professional qualification authentication and course planning, implementing certificates choice course system, etc.
