大学跨学科组织生态治理案例研究:基于上海交通大学Bio-X研究院的分析 被引量:3

摘要 大学跨学科组织是一个类生态系统,其发展过程就是一个生态式的、自我发展演进的过程。以上海交通大学Bio-X研究院为例,从生态视野与实践层面,分析其组织运行与发展特点;即:确立了清晰、稳定的组织战略,拥有跨学科战略意识的学科带头人和优良的研究队伍,具备完善的跨学科研究基础设施,获得学校的行政资源和经费支持,打造了严谨与宽松的文化氛围,建立了有效的跨学科研究平台,形成了丰富的跨学科研究合作关系网,实施了有效的管理体制和运行机制,注重跨学科研究与跨学科人才培养相结合。同时发现,上海交通大学Bio-X研究院的建设与发展,潜藏了生态治理的基因,蕴涵了生态学共同演进理念,呈现出生态发展演进过程。 Interdisciplinary organization is a type of ecosystem, its development process is an eco-style, self-development process of evolution. This paper took Bio-X Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example and analyzed the organizational and developmental features of interdisciplinary organization from the ecological and practical level. The features included the clear and stable organiza- tional strategy, academic leaders with interdisciplinary awareness and excellent research groups, com- prehensive interdisciplinary research infrastructure, administrative management and financial support of the university, strict but free cuhural atmosphere, effective interdisciplinary research platform, rich in- terdisciplinary cooperative relationship net-work, effective management system and implementation sys- tem, combination of interdisciplinary research and interdisciplinary personnel training. There is ecologi- cal management latent and ecological co-evolution idea implicated in the construction and development of the Bio-X institute, which presents an ecological process of evolution.
