摘要
从医疗行为的性质、医疗行业特殊性、医护人员心理因素出发，分析医疗过失的不可避免。而如何掌控医疗过失的发生是整个社会一直期待解决的重大社会问题，在此同时从服务理念、医学科学教育及健康心理3方面提出如何控制、减少医疗过失。
This thesis analyzed the inevitability of medical negligence according to the nature of medical behavior, particularity of medical profession and psychological factors of medical staff. How to control the occurrence of medical errors is an important social problem which is the whole community has been looking forward to solve. This thesis proposed methods to reduce medical negligence from the aspects of service concept, medical education and heahhy psychology.
