摘要
分析我国助听器验配师现状，探讨如何加快合格助听器验配师的培养。建议开设短期培训班，在职业院校开设助听器验配师专业，或分流现有的听力学、耳鼻咽喉科学专业学员等方法来加大培养力度，解决社会急需。
This paper discussed the current status of hearing aids fitting practitioners in China and proposed some proposals on how to cuhivate qualified practitioners. The proposals includes setting up short-term training program, launching hearing aids fitting major in occupational schools and cultiva- ting the hearing aids fitting practitioners from the would-be audiologists or otologists in an aim to meet the urgent hearing aids fitting need of Chinese deafness.
