加强铁矿勘查 夯实资源资产基础 提高保障程度

Strengthening the Iron Ore Exploration,Tamping down the Basis for Resource Assets and Improving the Level of Protection

目前我国矿产资源储量虽然逐年递增,而经济可采储量却数年递减且递减率逐年提高,必将成为社会经济发展的制约因素。提高铁矿资源保障程度,本质上是要提高铁矿资源资产保障程度。而夯实铁矿资源资产基础必须坚持以市场需求为导向,以遏制铁矿资源可采储量负增长。应加强地质勘查,提高地质工作程度,充分发挥铁矿勘查生产能力,坚持地质找矿新机制,借鉴"泥河模式",选好找矿靶区和主攻方向,创新铁矿找矿理论与找矿技术方法。

Although mineral resources reserves have increased each year,economically recoverable reserves have decreased for years and decline rate has increased year by year,which will certainly become constraints for social and economic development.This paper points out that raising the supply security for iron ore resources is essentially increasing the supply security for iron ore resource assets.And tamping down the basis for iron ore resource assets must adhere to the market demand so as to contain iron ore resources recoverable reserves negative growth.We should enhance geological exploration,improve the degree of geological work,give full play to the iron ore exploration production capacity,adhere to the geological prospecting new mechanism,choose good prospecting target area and major directions,innovate and utilize prospecting theory and prospecting technology and methods.
