Positioning Study on the Development of Geological Prospecting Enterprises under Inner Mongolia Mode——Taking Geological Engineering Corporation of Inner Mongolia as an Example

近年来,因矿产资源丰富、矿业大规模开发和GDP高速增长,引发了人们对内蒙古发展模式的讨论。在"内蒙古模式"的大背景下,当地地勘企业获得了前所未有的大发展。作为当地一家主要的地勘企业,内蒙古地质工程总公司由地勘工程项目起家,凭借技术实力和政策优势,在煤炭等矿产勘探领域迅速崛起。内蒙古地勘企业应牢牢抓住机遇、把握政策,做好特色经营与可持续发展定位,同时定位好地勘企业的管理模式,不失时机地实施"走出去"战略。

This paper argues that in the background of 'Inner Mongolia mode',local geological exploration enterprises have obtained unprecedented development opportunity.As a major local geological exploration enterprise,Geological Engineering Corporation of Inner Mongolia is just at quick rising in the coal and other mineral exploration areas with technical strength and policy advantages.In addition to this,this paper points out that the enterprises in Inner Mongolia must seize the opportune moment and policy;position business direction,feature management and sustainable development and management mode;and carry out the strategy of 'going global'.
