对地方高职院校图书馆建设的探讨

Discussion of the Development of Libraries in Local Higher Vocational Colleges

地方高职院校图书馆在建设发展过程中遇到了诸多问题，本文在深入分析存在问题的基础上，提出了转变观念，提高认识；健全组织机构，强化制度管理；启动新馆建设，改善办馆条件；加大经费投入，建立具有地方高职特色的馆藏体系；加强队伍建设，提升服务水平等改革发展的建议。

The libraries in local higher vocational colleges encountered many problems during their construction and development. Based on in - depth analysis of existing problems, this article proposes following suggestions ： chan- ging concepts and raising understandings; improving organizational structure and strengthening institutional management ; starting new library construction and improving hardware conditions ; increasing funding and establishing library systems with local higher vocational college characteristics; and emphasizing team construction and improving library seFvices.
