摘要
大学在校期间学生的人格因素特点对其世界观形成以及工作与社会适应能力的培养有决定性的影响,因此笔者对武汉六所高职的245名学生进行随机抽样调查,以了解高职学生的乐群性、兴奋性、幻想性和忧虑性四种人格因素特点,以及在校期间学习、社会工作、娱乐三方面的时间分配情况,为实现高职教育素质与技能培养均衡发展制定合理对策提供支持。
University students'characteristics of personality factors during the school have a decisive impact on the formation of worldview and adaptation ability of work and social, so random sample survey was took for 245 students in Wuhan six vocational, in order to understand four personality factors characteristics: the gregarious nature, the excitement, fantasy, and apprehension of the higher vocational students, as well as time distribution about learning, social work and entertainment during the school, then to provide support for the balanced development of rational countermeasures for the realization of higher vocational education quality and skills.
