清代乡饮酒礼简论

An Analysis of Qing Dynasty Community Drinking Ceremony

中国古代的社会管理不仅依靠政治、法律,也注重发挥德礼教化的功能。乡饮酒礼作为对民众进行教化的重要方式,源于西周,此后世代相传、生生不息。清朝虽是少数民族政权,却继承发展了乡饮酒礼,并对其程序、作用等进行了明确规定。同时,清朝统治者极为重视官员在乡饮酒礼中发挥的作用,明确规定官员在此活动中的职责。乡饮酒礼不仅是一种礼仪活动,也是清政府对民众进行德礼教化、实现社会控制的重要方式,具有显著的政治法律功能。

The ancient Chinese social management depended on not only politics and law, but also the moral culti- vation. To realize social control, the community drinking ceremony as a way of educating the population derived from the Zhou Dynasty, and it has been completed in Qing Dynasty. Although the Qing Dynasty was a minority re- gime, it inherited and developed traditional Chinese culture, including the community drinking ceremony. Qing gov- ernment clearly defined procedures, roles and responsibilities of local officials of the community drinking ceremony.
