摘要
目的观察环孢菌素A(CsA)对慢性再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者Th1/Th2的影响。方法选择30例AA患者,于治疗前及经CsA治疗6个月后分别采用流式细胞术检测其外周血Th1、Th2,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测IFN-γ、IL-4,另选20例健康人作为对照,并进行比较。结果治疗前慢性AA患者Th1、Th1/Th2比值、IFN-γ的表达均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);经CsA治疗6个月后,患者Th1、IFN-γ表达均有所下降,但仍高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 CsA能通过纠正Th1过度极化而减轻AA异常亢进的细胞免疫,解除造血抑制。
Objective To observe the effect of cyclosporin A(CsA) on Th1/ Th2 in patients with chronic aplastic anemia(AA).Methods As to the 30 cases of AA,low cytometry detection of peripheral blood Th1 and Th2 was done before treatment and 6 months after the use of CsA for treatment respectively,and nzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used for the detection of IFN-γand IL-4.Another 20 healthy persons were chosed to form the control group.Results Before the treatment,the expressions of Th1,Th1 / Th2 ratio,IFN –γof the patients with chronic AA were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.01).After six months of treatment with CsA,the expressions of Th1,Th1 / Th2 ratio,IFN –γof the patients were reduced,but still higher than those of the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Through correcting the excessive Th1 polarization and reducing the abnormal AA hyperfunction of cellular immunity,CsA can help relieve the inhibition of hematopoiesis.
