S-1 COMBINED WITH OXALIPLATIN IN THE TREATMENT OF ADVANCED GASTRIC CANCER

摘要 目的探讨替吉奥联合奥沙利铂(SOX)治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及护理方法。方法对58例晚期胃癌患者采用SOX方案化疗,并进行心理及临床护理干预,评估临床疗效及护理的作用。结果 58例患者中总有效率为46.6%,疾病控制率70.7%,疾病进展时间5.7个月。结论 SOX治疗晚期胃癌的疗效可靠,良好的护理干预可提高药物疗效。 Objective To explore the curative effect of the combined use of S-1 and oxaliplatin（SOX） on advanced gastric cancer.Methods 58 patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with SOX scheme.Psychological and clinical nursing interventions were implemented and the clinical efficacy and nursing roles were studied.Results In the 58 cases,the total effective rate was 46.6%,and the disease control rate was 70.7%.The disease progression lasted 5.7 months.Conclusion SOX is reliable in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer and good nursing intervention can improve the efficacy of drugs.
