护理干预对冠心病合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

THE IMPACT OF NURSING INTERVENTION ON QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND DIABETES

目的探讨护理干预对冠心病合并糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平的影响。方法将90例冠心病合并糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和干预组,各45例。两组均给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予更为规范的护理干预并延伸至出院后。结果干预组:与干预前比较,干预后的各项指标除HDL-C有所增高外,其余指标均有下降(P<0.01)。对照组:与干预前比较,干预后TC、TG及HDL-C均有降低(P<0.01),而FBG、LDL-C没有显著变化(P>0.05)。干预组各项指标的差值均高于对照组的差值(P<0.01)。结论对冠心病合并糖尿病患者院内外采取综合护理干预可有效改善其血糖、血脂水平。

Objective To evaluate the impact of nursing intervention on the levels of blood glucose and blood fat in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes were randomly divided into the control group of 45 patients receiving conventional nursing and the intervention group of 45 patients receiving standard nursing intervention in addition to the conventional nursing.Results In the intervention group,all the indexes increased except HDL-C（P0.01）after nursing interventions.In the control group,such indexes as TC,TG and HDL-C increased（P0.01）,while such indexes as FBG and LDL-C showed no significant changes（P0.05）.The values of the indexes in the intervention group were found all higher than those in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose and blood fat for patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes.
