慢性硬膜下血肿穿刺冲流引流术治疗临床分析

The anaIysis of 34 Chronic Subdural Hematomas(CSDH)patients treated with Burr Holes Irrigation and Drainage(BHID)

目的研究慢性硬膜下血肿的治疗方法。方法采用床旁骨锥钻孔引流治疗34例慢性硬膜下血肿患者。结果治愈34例,死亡0例,1例复发,同样方法再次处理后治愈。结论床旁骨锥钻孔引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿是安全、有效的方法,特别适合心肺功能差的老年患者。

Objective To expore the techniques of surgical treatment for chronic Subdural Hematomas（CSDH） patients by Burr Holes Irrigation and Drainage（BHID）bedside. Methods The clinical data of 34 patients treated by CSDH were assessed. Results 33 cases were cured, no dead case,1 case had hematoma recurrence and recovered from another burr hole operation.Couclusion Burr Holes Irrigation and Drainage（BHID）bedside is a effective and safe method, prefered to that old paients of bad cardiopulmonary functions.
