肝门部胆管癌的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma

目的观察肝门部胆管癌外科治疗的效果。方法从临床资料、手术方式和治疗结果等方面对近10年来本院17例行手术治疗的肝门部胆管癌进行回顾性研究。结果有14例患者获得随访,肿瘤切除组患者中位生存期为19个月;引流术组患者中位生存期为7.8个月。结论外科治疗是肝门部胆管癌的主要治疗方法,联合应用化、放疗可能改善患者的生活质量,延长生存期。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of surgical treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Methods Clinical data, operating ways and therapeutical results of 17 hilar cholangiocarcinoma patients were reviewed from Jan1993 to Apr 2004. Results 14 cases were followed-up. The median survive time was 19 months in the patients with resection, 7.8 months in the patients with non-resectional drainage. Conclusion Surgical operation is the primary treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy may help to improve the qualith of patients＇ life and extend patients＇survival.
