摘要
蛋白质是生命的主要物质基础,是一种重要的动物能量供给物质,黄酮类化合物作为饲料添加剂可以提高蛋白质的吸收利用率。文章综述了黄酮类化合物作为饲料添加剂对蛋白质吸收的促进作用及作用机制的研究进展。
Protein, as one of important substantial nutrients supplying energy for animals, is material basis of life. Flavonoids as feed additive increases absorption and utilization of protein in animals. This article reviewed effects of flavonoids as feed additives and mechanism of action whereby promoting protein absorption.
