玉米干燥是粮食干燥过程中年需要干燥量较大的品种之一,其降水幅度较大,而且由于玉米表皮结构质密且光滑、籽粒大、单位比表面积较小等特点,使水分在玉米内部移动到表面的阻力较大,不利于其水分的移动,对玉米干燥产生了很大影响。饲料用玉米与商品粮玉米相比对品质的要求不高,干燥过程也不同于其用于玉米商品粮或种子的干燥过程,这些条件给饲用玉米干燥提供了很多优势。文章综述了玉米干燥过程的特点及注意事项。

Drying for maize is one of large quantities in grain drying, its precipitation rate is very large, and the structure in the maize skin is glabrous and dense, the seed is bigger, the surface area of unit quality is smaller. Thus, water in the maize has large resistance to move from internal to external. This structure adversed to water movement, produced very big effect to dry process. Compared with the quality of the commodity, animal feed corn demand is low, their drying processes is different from the corn commodity grain or seeds. This can provide a lot of advantage and convenient to maize dry. This paper summaried the drying process of the characteristics and attention.
