安徽省引进内资的现状与影响因素研究

Study on Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Introduction of Domestic Investment in Anhui Province

首先分析了安徽省近年来引进内资的现状,引资规模连续快速增长,居中西部第一位,但引资增速已被一些中西部省份超越,来皖内资主要投向第二、三产业,引资区域以长三角等东部沿海地区为主;其次分析了安徽省引进内资的影响因素,和其他省份相比,安徽省在地理区位、累计引资和市场化程度等因素上优势明显,在劳动力成本、市场规模和人力资本等因素上没有优势,而在经济发展水平和基础设施水平上则处于劣势;最后提出了安徽省引进内资的政策建议。

Firstly, It analyses the status quo of other provinces＇ investments in Anhui province, with continuous rapid growth, the investment scale is ranked first in central and west China, however, the growth rate is less than some others. The domestic investments are mostly distributed in the second and third industry, and most investments are from Yangtze River Delta and other eastern coastal areas. Then, it analyses the influencing factors for Anhui province to get the other provinces＇ investments, compare with other provinces, the result indicates that while Anhui province has obvious advantage of geographic location,accumulative investment and commercialize degree, it doesn＇t show any advantage of the labor cost, market size and human capital, moreover, it has disadvantage of the level of economic development and infrastructure. Lastly, it gives some advices on the introduction of domestic investment in Anhui province.
