Based on cognitive schema theory, it unfolds the discussion of influence that cognitive schema exerts on translation of culture-loaded words. It shows that the actual communication between writer and reader depends on cultural schema shared by them in the paper, and the default or difference of cultural schema can result in misunderstanding or even failure sometimes. Only when obstacles caused by cognitive cultural schema are removed can successful translation be achieved.
