Exploration and prospect of English teaching through network at higher vocational college

以南京铁道职业技术学院苏州校区高职英语教学改革路径为例,探索如何有效利用计算机网络技术开展教学改革活动,阐明网络教学在拓展教师教学手段、唤醒学生自主学习意识、完善评价机制和提升教育品质方面的重要作用,以此展望未来网络教学的发展趋势,探索外语教师在信息化时代应该具备的教育素养和信息素质。

Taking the vocational English teaching reform of Suzhou campus of Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example, the thesis makes an attempt to explore how to use network technology to carry out the teaching reform activities and clarifies that the network teaching plays an important role in enlarging teaching means, arousing students＇ consciousness of autonomous learning, perfecting evaluation system and improving the quality of education. It also prospects the trend of network teaching, researching the educational attainment and in- formation abilities which the foreign language teachers should possess in the information era
