含磷阻燃剂PEPA的结构与性能研究 被引量:15

摘要 采用季戊四醇和三氯氧磷为原料,合成了新型含磷阻燃剂季戊四醇磷酸酯(PEPA),通过红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、磷谱,X射线衍射,热分析等方法对PEPA的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,PEPA为笼状磷酸酯结构,是结晶性化合物,热稳定性好,高温残留物多。 A novel flame retardant pentaerythritol phosphate(PEPA)containing phosphorus was prepared via the reaction of phosphorous oxychloride and pentaerythritol. The structure and property of PEPA were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR,13C NMR,alP NMR,XRD,DSC and TG.
