摘要
目的探讨超微戊己丸对胃内微生物的影响及确定超微戊己丸的最佳超微剂量。方法将动物分为正常组、戊己丸传统组、超微全量、1/2量、1/4量、1/8量组,分别灌胃给药,每隔2 d取各组小鼠胃内容物做微生物数量分析。结果戊己丸对胃内乳酸菌影响不大(P>0.05);戊己丸对胃内细菌有一定的抑制作用,其中超微全量、1/2量、1/4量组在5、7和9 d细菌数显著低于正常组(P<0.05);戊己丸对大肠埃希菌具有抑制作用,超微全量、1/2量组、1/4量组大肠埃希菌数相对于正常组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论超微戊己丸能够明显抑制胃内条件致病菌的生长,重新平衡胃内微生态,达到"驱邪"的目的。在无感染状态下,超微戊己丸1/4剂量对胃微生态系统能达到超微全量的调控效果。
Objective To investigate the change of microbes in stomach of mice by ulra-micro Wuji pills and confirm the optimal superfine powder dose. Methods The mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group, traditional Wuji pills decoction group, whole dose superfine powder group, half dose group, quarter dose group and one-eighth dose group. The castric contents were taken from every group to analyse the changes of microbes in stomach every two days. Results Lactic acid bacteria showed no significant change (P 〉 0.05 ). Wuji pills had inhibited the growth of bacteria to some degree. Comparing to control group, the bacteria counts in the whole-dose superfine powder group, half-dose group and quarter-dose group showed significant changes at the days 5, 7 and 9 (P 〈 0.05). Wuji pills also inhibited the growth of colibacillus. Comparing to control group, the colibacillus counts in the whole-dose superfine powder group, half-dose group and quarter-dose group showed significant changes (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Ultra-micro Wuji pills can inhibit the growth of opportunist pathogens and adjust microecological balance in stomach. The quarter-dose superfine powder is the best.
