Characteristics of Complex Interventions and Individualized Treatment to Evaluate the Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Overview of the Methods

中医药学具有"整体观念"和"辨证论治"两大基本特点,临床体现为复杂干预及个体化诊疗,基于西医传统临床疗效评价方法难以准确有效反映中医药临床疗效。基于中医健康观、疾病观,充分考虑医生、护理人员、患者对治疗的不同期望和需求,可采用实用性随机平行对照、单病例随机对照等临床设计方法,通过综合评价方法构建中医药临床疗效评价模型或体系,从而进行中医药临床疗效评价。

Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM ） has the clinical characteristics of complex and individual- ized therapeutic intervention. It cant accurately and effectively reflect the clinical curative efficiency of TCM based on western medicine traditional clinical efficiency evaluation method. In this article, through the analy- sis of the TCM clinical efficiency in recent years of evaluation methods hot spot and difficulties and discussing many views, the author thinks that in TCM health perspectives and disease view , by using practical RCTand single case randomized controlled, consideration of doctors, nurses and patients＂ different expectations and needs, construct TCM clinical efficiency assessment model or system through the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate TCM clinical efficiency.
