金匮肾气丸合血脂康胶囊治疗脾肾阳虚型老年高脂血症随机平行对照研究

Jinkui Shenqi Pill Combined Xuezhikang Capsule in the Treatment of Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Senile Hyperlipemia Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察金匮肾气丸合血脂康胶囊治疗脾肾阳虚型老年高脂血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将96例住院及门诊患者通过掷硬币方法简单随机化分两组,均连续治疗8周为1疗程。对照组48例血脂康胶囊0.6g/次,2次/d。治疗组48例血脂康胶囊同对照组,金匮肾气丸4g/次,2次/d。观测临床症状及血脂指标。连续治疗1疗程,随访半年,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制10例,显效21例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率93.75%。对照组临床控制8例,显效11例,有效18例,无效11例,总有效率77.08%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组TC、TG、LDL-c均下降(P<0.01),HDL-c升高(P<0.01);对照组TC、TG、LDL-c下降(P<0.01),HDL-c升高(P<0.01)。治疗组降低TC、TG及升高HDL-c的幅度高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组降低LDL-c与对照组降低LDL-c无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]金匮肾气丸合血脂康胶囊能更好的改善老年高脂血症血脂水平。

[ Objective] To observe Jinkui Shenqi Pill Combined Xuezhikang Capsule in the treatment of spleen kidney yang deficiency type senile hyperlipidemia. [ Methods ~ Random parallel control method ,96 pa- tients were randomly divided into two groups of parallel, treated continuously for 8weeks for 1courses. A con- trol group of 48cases of Xuezhikang Capsule 2 times 0.6g/, 2/d. The treatment group 48cases and control group of Xuezhikang Capsule, pill4g/,2/day. Observation of clinical symptoms and blood lipid index. Contin- uous1 courses of treatment, follow- up of 00, curative effect. [ Results] the treatment groupl0 cases clinical control, effective in 21 cases, effective in 13 cases, 4 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 91.67%. The clinical control group8 cases, effective in 11 cases, effective in 18 cases, 11 cases are invalid, the total effi- ciency of 77.08%. The treatment group were better than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Treatment of group TC, TG, LDL - c were decreased （P 〈0.01 ） , HDL - c increased （P 〈0.01 ） ; the control group TC, TG, LDL - c decreased （P 〈 0.01 ） , HDL - c increased （P 〈0.01 ）. Treatment group decreased TC, TG and in- creased HDL - c amplitude is higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） , the treatment group and control group decreased to reduce LDL - c LDL - c had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） , [ Conclusion ] Jinkui Shenqi Pill Combined with Xuezhikang Capsule could improve the aged hyperlipidemia lipids level.
