自拟利胆排石汤治疗胆石症69例

Lidan Paishi Soup treatment of Cholelithiasis 69 cases

[目的]观察自拟利胆排石汤治疗胆石症疗效。[方法]对69例胆石症使用自拟利胆排石汤(金钱草50g,柴胡、黄芩、茵陈、郁金、栀子、桃仁、元胡各15 g,木香、枳壳各10g,大黄5g后下)1剂/d,3次/d,早中晚分服,100mL/次。4周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,判定疗效。治疗期间均停用其他利胆消石药物,清淡饮食,禁食油腻。[结果]痊愈19例,好转38例,无效12例,排出结石最大者1.8cm×0.6cm。其中89%结石都是1.1cm以下;1个疗程有效36例,2个疗程有效21例。[结论]自拟利胆排石汤治疗胆石症疗效较好,安全可靠。

[ Objective ] To observe the the Lidan Paishi Soup treatment of cholelithiasis efficacy. [ Meth- ods ] 69 cases of cholelithiasis Lidan Paishi Soup （Jinqiancao 50g Chaihu, I-Iuangqin Yinchen, Yujin, Zhizi, Taoren Yuanhu the each 15 g Muxiang Zhiqiang the each 10g, Dahuang 5g） once/ day, 3 times / day, as early as the late hours service, 100mL / Four weeks of a course of treatment, continuous treatment of two courses, to determine efficacy. During treatment are disabled Lidan Xiaoshi drugs~ light diet, greasy fast. [Results] 19 cases cured, 38 cases effective, 12 cases noneffective, kidney stones by 1.8cm x 0.6cm. 89% of stones are 1. lcm below ; a course of treatment in 36 cases, two courses of 21 cases. [ Conclusion] Self the choleretic row of stone soup efficacy of treatment of cholelithiasis, reliable, safe and reliable.
