清胃汤联合西药三联法治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎对照研究

[目的]观察清胃汤联合西药三联法治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用对照方法,将60例住院患者按抽信封法随机分为两组,对照组30例,奥美拉唑胶囊20mg/d,克拉霉素500mg/d,阿莫西林1000mg/d,连续7d,7d后继续服用奥美拉唑胶囊到14d。治疗组30例,在对照组用药基础上,清胃汤(党参15g,白术12g,茯苓15g,柴胡12g,黄连6g,黄芩6g,猪苓15g,元胡15g,红藤15g,煅瓦楞子30g)1剂/d,早晚2次煎服。14d后停服西药,继续服用清胃汤到第28d。观测临床症状胃脘痛、胀满、嗳气、泛酸、口苦口干、乏力、纳差、便秘等,胃镜和病理组织学变化,Hp感染的变化。28d后复查,进行判定疗效。[结果]中医证候疗效治疗组优于对照组,胃镜形态学改善治疗组优于对照组,HP感染两组无明显差异。[结论]清胃汤能提高西药三联治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎的疗效,可以推广使用。
