中医药综合疗法联合西药治疗周围性面瘫随机平行对照研究

Integrated Therapy of Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine for Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Randomized and Controlled Study

[目的]观察中医药综合疗法联合西药治疗周围性面瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将101例患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组50例,地塞米松注射液、654-2注射液、香丹注射液静脉用药、维生素B1和维生素B12注射液局部穴位注射等方法治疗。治疗组51例,对照组基础上给予β-七叶皂甙钠注射液静滴、五味消毒饮加减、针灸、电针及早期功能锻炼。15d为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈41例,显效6例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率98.04%。对照组痊愈28例,显效11例,有效4例,无效7例,总有效率86.00%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]把传统治疗方案与现代治疗理念和康复训练结合的中西医结合综合疗法,方法简便、疗效显著,疗程短,无明显副作用,值得临床推广。

[ Objective ] To investigate the combination therapy of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine for treatment of peripheral Palsy. [ Methods ] Randomized controlled, 101 patients were randomly di- vided into two groups by random number table, 654 - 2 injection of the control group, 50 cases of dexametha- sone injection, Hong Dan intravenous drug injection, vitamin B1 and vitamin B12 Injection local acupoint in- jection method of treatment. Treatment group 51 cases on the basis of the control group given beta - aesein in- travenous injection, flavors disinfection decoction, acupuncture, electroacupuncture, and early functional ex- ercise. 15 d course of treatment, continuous treatment regimen, to determine efficacy. [ Results] Recovered 41 cases, effective in six cases, effective in 3 cases and 1 case, the total efficiency of 98.04%. Control group, 28 cases recovered, 11 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 7 cases, the total efficiency of 86.00%. The clin- ical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The traditional treatment programs and the concept of modem treatment and rehabilitation training in Western medicine combination therapy, the method is simple, a significant effect, a short course of treatment, no significant side effects, worthy of promotion.
