痛泻要方合参苓白术散治疗肝郁脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征随机平行对照研究

Tongxie Yaofang and Shenling Baizhu Powder Treatment of Liver Depression and Spleen Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察痛泻要方合参苓白术散治疗肝郁脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组,对照组30例,马来酸曲美布汀片100mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组30例,痛泻要方合参苓白术散(炒白芍20g,炒白术15g,陈皮9g,防风6g,茯苓30g,薏苡仁20g,扁豆、山药各30g,砂仁6g,炒莱菔子10g,合欢皮30g,佛手12g)1剂/d,水煎服,分早晚两次。观察症状体征与症候积分、不良反应、一般指标。4周为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程,随访180d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈6例,显效15例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈3例,显效12例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医证候积分减少治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组均无明显不良反应。[结论]痛泻要方合参苓白术散治疗肝郁脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效满意。

The treatment group of 30 cases of diar- rhea YaoFang pain and participation large -headed atractylodes lingya scattered （fried Baishao 20g, fried Baizhu 15g,Chenpi 9g, Fangfeng 6g, Fuling 30g, Yiyiren 20g, Biandou, Shanyao each 30g, Sharen 6g, fried Laifuzi 10g, Hehuanpi 30g, Foshou 12g） 1 agent/d, water frying uniform, morning and evening two points. Observe symptoms and signs and symptoms of integral, adverse reactions, general index. 4 weeks for a period of treatment, continuous treatment 1 treatment, follow -up 180 d, determine the curative effect. [ Re- sult~ The treatment group recovered in 6, powerfully in 15 cases, effective in 6, and not in 3, the total effec- tive rate of 90.00%. The control group healed in 3, powerfully in 12 cases, effective in 6, 9 cases failed, with the total effective rate was 70.00%. The curative effect of treatment group was better than control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Syndromes integral reduce treatment group than in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Both groups have no obvious adverse reactions. [ Conclusion ] Tongxie Yaofang and Shenling Baizhu powder biaoben huanji treat- ment of pixu diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome （the results were satisfactory.
