B超引导下宫腔镜治疗子宫纵隔的临床分析

Clinical analysis of hysteroscopy treatment for uterine septum guided by B Ultrasound

目的探讨B超引导下宫腔镜治疗子宫纵隔的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析107例行B超引导下宫腔镜切除子宫纵隔的患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均在B超引导下一次完成纵隔切除，未发生I例子宫穿孔、周围脏器损伤，无1例发生水中毒。重建近似正常官腔形态，随访显示子宫内膜及官腔形态均恢复正常，均妊娠活产。结论利用超声引导宫腔镜切除子宫纵隔操作简单，手术时问短，失血量少，创伤小，安全性高，术后妊娠率高，妊娠并发症少，易于患者接受。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of hysteroscopy treatment for uterine septum guided by B Ultrasound. Methods Clinical data of 107 patients with uterine septum were retrospectively analyzed after perform- ing transcervical hysteroscopy resection of septum with being monitored by B Ultrasound. Results All of the opera- tions were successful, and there was no uterine perforation, intestinal injury or water intoxication. Following up after operation, endometrial and uterine morphology were normal and all patients had pregnancy and delivery. Conclusion Hysteroscopy guided by B Ultrasound could make operation easier, time shorter, bleeding less, trauma smaller, safer, pregnancy rate higher, complications of pregnancy less, and it could easier be accepted.
