Billroth Ⅰ式与BillrothⅡ式吻合术治疗胃癌的疗效比较

摘要 胃癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤，目前较为常用治疗方式是外科手术。随着手术技术的不断发展和更新，胃癌患者的病死率和并发症发生率呈现明显的增高趋势。本研究比较了BillrothⅠ式与BillrothⅡ式吻合术治疗胃癌患者的疗效，现报告如下。
