摘要
研究毛脉酸模(Rumex gmelini Turcz.)内生真菌RGT-S11菌丝中的化学成分。运用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备液相等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、NMR数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到7个单体化合物:苯甲酸(Ⅰ),棕榈酸(Ⅱ),麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(Ⅲ),油酸(Ⅳ),腺苷(Ⅴ),鸟苷(Ⅵ),没食子酸(Ⅶ)。以上化合物均为首次从内生真菌RGT-S11菌丝中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents of RGT-S11 mycelium from Rumex gmelini Turcz,various techniques, including silica gel column chromatography, ODS reversed phase chromatography column, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography column, preparative HPLC and method of recrystallization were applied to the separation of RGT-S11 mycelium. Seven compounds were isolated and identified as benzoic acid ( Ⅰ ), palmitic acid ( Ⅱ ), ergosta-5,7,22-trien-313-ol (Ⅲ ), oleinic acid (Ⅳ), adenosine (Ⅴ ), guanosine (Ⅵ) ,gallic acid (Ⅶ) by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HMBC,HSQC,modern spectroscopy methods and so on. Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅵ were isolated from RGT-S11 mycelium for the first time. The further study on the isolation and structure identification of chemical constit-uents from the RGT-S4 can provide references for the pharmacodynamics research.
