Breakthrough on Trial Psychological Barriers for Youth Ombudsman

当前,检察系统反贪战线中青年干警办案角色"边缘化"现象比较严重,很多青年干警参加工作数年,却还是只能跑跑龙套、闲置坐冷板凳,无法在反贪办案中最关键的突破审讯环节发挥其应有的生力军作用。因此,研究帮助青年干警克服审讯开口障碍的方式方法,对培养和提升反贪青年干警的实际工作能力,推动和促进反贪事业可持续发展颇具实践意义。

At present, youth ombudsmen in the anti - corruption procuratorial system cann ＂t play their due role. Many ombudsmen have worked for many years, but can only run a bit role, as a bench warmer. They have no chance to play an important role in the trial. Therefore, the study about the methods which can help youth ombuds- men to overcome the trial psychological obstacles is very important.
