全球气候变化正在对生物多样性造成严重影响,在气候变化背景下保护生物多样性是相关国际公约必须面对的棘手问题。有必要以气候变化和生物多样性之间的相互影响为研究对象,加强气候变化条件下生物多样性保护相关国际公约的法律调整,完善相关公约的制度协调,充分保护全球生物资源。

Biological diversity worldwide is expected to come under increasing stress on account of climate change. The cooperation among various international conservation regimes is required. The mutual influence be- tween climate change and biodiversity is significant. A considerable degree of international conservation law adjust- ment and cooperation is called for in order to facilitate the protection of species and ecosystems to the effects of cli- mate change.
