摘要
文章以新建兰渝铁路梅岭关高瓦斯隧道为例,针对非煤系地层瓦斯隧道超前钻探设计和现有铁路隧道施工技术规范、技术指南等,以及煤矿对钻孔探测瓦斯安全技术要求等,介绍了超前钻孔设备选型应用和钻探施工工艺以及钻孔安全预防等施工技术和措施。现场实践表明,采取快速探明隧道掘进面前方地质构造和瓦斯发育情况,是瓦斯隧道超前钻探应用成败的关键。
Using the Meilingguan gas tunnel as an example, this paper discusses the construction technique of advance drilling in geology containing natural gas. Regarding the advance drilling design for the gas tunnel in non-coal strata and the construction specifications and guidelines for existing railway tunnels, as well as the technical requirements for boring detection in coal mines, it introduces the selection and application of drilling equipment, construction technologies, and safety measures: these are key to gas tunnel construction in terms of rapidly exploring the geological structure and developing gas conditions in front of the work face.
