摘要
文章以兰渝铁路桃树坪隧道出口为工程实例,介绍了采用意大利PST-60多功能地质摇臂钻机进行水平旋喷超前预加固核心土的新技术方案、新工艺流程及操作要点、施工机械设备的配套及选型、辅助机械设备的配套和施工组织管理,并总结了影响施工的因素及相应的解决方案。此项技术的研究和应用有效地解决了软岩隧道施工中遇到的施工难题,也为今后采用类似机械和工法施工积累了经验。
Using the construction of the Taoshuping tunnel exit as an example, this paper introduces the new technical scheme; process flow; and operational key points, configuration and selection of construction machinery. It also addresses the configuration and construction organization and management of auxiliary mechanical equipment concerning reserved core reinforcement with horizontal jet grouting by a PST-60 multifunction drilling rig. Additionally, factors affecting the construction are summarized and solutions are given.
