摘要
糯扎渡水电站主体地下工程具有规模大、进度要求快、地质条件差、施工难度大等特点。长江勘测规划设计研究院对监理项目进行了"事前、事中、事后"全方位的监理控制;在"四控制、两管理、一协调"等监理工作中,抓住工程特点和重点进行控制,取得了较好成效。
The construction of main works in underground engineering of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station has characteristic of large scale, fast progress, bad geological conditions and great difficulty. As the supervisor, the Changjiang Institute of Survey, Planning, Design and Research conducts comprehensive supervision on the construction of underground engineering from the stage of preparation to the stage of completion. During the supervisions, aspeas of four-controls of quality, progress, safety and environment protection and civilization construction, two-management of contract and information and one-coordination of engineering construction, are specially controlled to achieve good results.
