基于门静脉区域分布的右前叶肝脏(亚)段切除9例报道

Segmentectomy for the Right Anterior Lobe of the Liver Based on the Distribution of the Intrahepatic Portal Vein:A Report of 9 Cases

摘要 [目的]探讨右前叶肝脏(亚)段切除的手术方法。[方法]根据前期影像资料分析将右前叶分为两个部分:腹侧段(S8v+S5)和背侧段(S8d)。回顾性分析2009年2月至10月根据此分段方法成功实施单独及联合其他部位的右前叶肝脏亚段切除术9例的临床资料。[结果]本组患者术后均恢复良好,无胆瘘、出血、腹水等并发症发生,术中无输血。标本切缘均为阴性。[结论]根据肝内门静脉区域分布将右前叶肝脏分为腹侧段和背侧段符合肝脏的解剖生理,在某些情况下可实施精确的右前叶肝脏(亚)段切除,值得推广。
