The Role of Asef Protein in Carcinogenesis
摘要
Asef是可与APC基因的Arm结构相结合的两种蛋白之一,APC-Asef复合体参与细胞形态学、细胞迁移和神经元功能的调节作用,其与肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭和转移密切相关。全文就Asef蛋白在肿瘤中的作用作一综述。
